Delivery conditions

The ordered goods are delivered in the European Union (except Cyprus and Malta). The goods are send by DPD or any other carrier chosen by Jules C. Binder SA France. The delivery is operated in a period of 3 to 7 working days from the receipt of the payment from the exact amount of the order.

Some volumes may justify a longer delivery time. This will be expressly mentioned to the user upon validation of his order.

Shipping

Covings, chair rails, skirtings, roses, ceiling tiles, room kits, 3D wall panels and installation accessories are transported to the following rate:

• ≤ 150 € : 13,99 €
• > 150 € ≤ 500 € : 15,99 €
• > 500 € ≤ 1000 € : 29,99 €
• > 1000 €: 49,99 €

VAT

From July 1, 2021, the VAT rate applied is that of the country of the delivery address.

Refund policy

Goods may be returned within the legal 14 days from the reception date of the order given the returned goods are:

• Undamaged,
• Complete,
• In their original package (with possible documentation and delivery note).

Returns must have been previously notified to Jules C. Binder SA France who will communicate the address to which the items must be returned. The risks and costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
